Seriously kids, let's do this. I'm feeling motivated for once.

$15 full body, full color traditional work.
$5 for a bust, full color.

I need some goddamn money. You name it.

Happy 21st, kid. I hope you're well accompanied and eating all the cakes, or at least a cupcake. Your art is still cool. Have a nice day. >v>

What kind of tablet did you have?
I've been without a tablet for about a year now (I used to have a first generation Intuos, but I lost the pen and they're apparently incredibly hard to replace now), didn't have the money to buy one of those $300 Intuos4 tablets. I bought a cheap Monoprice tablet ($40) last week and it's been working perfectly for me so far. The drivers aren't exactly conducive to plug-and-play but I've managed so far. I definitely suggest it if you're tight on money and wanting to do digital artwork.

And I'd like to get a full-body traditional commission, too. I'll pay 20$, to cover shipping. I'll send you a note with details on what I want, if this offer is still open.

I've had the Intuos 3 for a while now. I sort of got it to work again, but I'll keep it in mind for when it finally decides to just completely crap out on me.

I'm also kind of getting really tired of digital art. I want to experiment more with traditional again, like most of my early gallery.

I'll do that for $20, it's really a pain. My tablet is kind of breaking down.

I'll tell you when I have an idea. Probably two or three. I just want to know what limits there are.

If it's two, I'll keep it at $20. If it's 3, I'm gonna have to bump it up to $25. I'll send you a print either way to make it fair?

Keep me posted~

WOAH! You serious?!! I'm on this, hjartu, as soon as I can get home and find references and the like!!

Now for some questions!!
For the traditional method, do we get the actual copy, as well? Or only a digital copy? Should I note you the details? Do you mind being paid via paypal? Do we pay you and then have you do the commission, or in the middle of it, or afterwords or what? :D (I've never actually commissioned someone before, lol)

If I do the $15, can I request two characters? X3
Man, I love your art, and I'm absolutely stoked at this chance!!

Also, d'you think the art will be in your cool, kinda sketchy, many-colored, lots-of-lines style, or in some other style? 8D (Can't wait, man!!)

If you want the actual copy, I don't mind sending it to you. Depending on how bit it is I might ask for a little bit more for shipping. I usually work pretty small though, if that's cool.

Paypal works fine for me, you can send it to me when I'm done. It motivates me to finish things. ~_~

And sure, two characters sounds good~

It'll be my regular many-colored cubey liney style if that's okay. If you want me to try something else, go for it.

Woohoo! Nope, your many-colored cubey liney style is great!! Just what I'm looking for! XD

A bit more for shipping should be fine, if necessary. Just how small is pretty small, though? (Just so I know what to expect. Maybe I can stick it on my wall! huhu)

Also, a quick look through your gallery tells me that most of your art that I've seen is digital! (?) Is there a significant difference between your two styles, would you say?

Thanks for answering my questions so fast! I'm super excited! I just gotta be sure to find you the best references I can! <3

But yeah, coloring style is pretty much exactly the same also. I use colored pencils the way I would on the computer. I kind of do that naturally with every medium I use.

That's really interesting!
I know some people who's styles differ drastically between computer and traditional mediums and some who don't change quite as much... it seems that yours might be hard to emulate not on the computer, but I believe you when you say they're the same, and I look forward to seeing how it turns out!! <3 <3 <3

I can definitely understand how you might get fed up with the computer, too. I'm no dab hand at it myself. :p (Still trying, tho!)

If you're planning on putting it on your wall I'll just try to do a full page.

My style is pretty much exactly the same digitally and traditionally.
I'm just much more comfortable working traditionally. I find it really difficult to do detailed lineart on the computer and I'm kind of fed up with it lately.

Sweet! This is sounding better and better by the minute! <3

Okay! Once I get home, I'll try to hunt down the best refs, and then I'll send you a note with the more detailed information! (Hopefully by tonight!) X3
